The 2 in 1 soldering station with integrated hot air function can be used for applications that require different air volumes and thermal requirements. The powerful combi unit is very well suited for desoldering work on inline sockets as well as lead-free desoldering and rework applications. In addition, the combi soldering station is suitable for heat shrinking, drying or preheating solder joints on components. It is also easy to remove adhesive residues and clean paint residues. Outstanding features for professional soldering work of all kinds: The powerful soldering station has a total output of 740 watts, heats up quickly and is quickly ready for use. The integrated heating element in the soldering iron guarantees optimum heat transfer and enables fast, clean work on metal parts, tinning and circuit boards at all times.
The soldering station works in a temperature range of 200 - 480 °C. The air flow of the hot air iron reaches up to 120 litres per minute (nozzle diameter 6 mm) in a temperature range of 100 - 480 °C). This means that delicate soldering and repair tasks on electronic components (DFP, SOP, QFP, BGA, SOJ, SOT) can be carried out professionally.
The temperature of the soldering iron can be regulated individually. The temperature of the hot air iron can be controlled precisely via the integrated LED display. The hot air iron has an automatic and a manual mode. The desired mode can be selected via a toggle switch. In auto mode, the heating of the piston stops when it is placed on the tray. The hot air piston automatically switches to standby mode. In manual mode, the piston continues to be heated so that work can continue seamlessly.
Safety shut-off in case of heat build-up in the hot-air piston: If the hot-air gun ejects any more air during soldering work, the system cuts off the power supply to the heating element. This prevents damage to the heat gun.
Automatic sleep mode: After 10 minutes of inactivity, the soldering station switches to sleep mode. The temperature of the soldering iron remains constant at 200°C (392°F). This saves energy and prevents oxidation of the soldering tip.
The soldering iron can be safely stored and cleaned on the soldering iron tray with integrated dry sponge - so sensitive soldering tips remain permanently ready for use and well cared for.
Thanks to its compact design, the soldering station can also be used flexibly on small work surfaces.
